There are two ways of requesting an interpreter.
If your organization has an established account with TSLG, please feel free to use our convenient email request system. Once we receive your request, we will send you a confirmation email.
If your organization does not have an account or are unsure, please call our office at 920-720-3046. We will be happy to help you.
- Interpreters requested for events within the next 48 hours cannot be processed through the online system. You must call our offices at 920-720-3046.
- Requests are accepted for any future appointment. Our system is not limited by date.
- Two interpreters may be assigned to your request if it is scheduled for more than two hours. If the nature of assignment does not warrant two interpreters, please note that in the "special instructions" box.
- Although we strive to accommodate every request we receive, we do not guarantee it. Providing an interpreter is not as easy as it sounds. Qualifications, experience, and availability are just some of the factors that affect whether or not an interpreter is assigned to your request. Thank you for your understanding.
